Payment Information:

• A $1000 deposit is required to secure your spot.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the camp starts. Payment can be made in two installments.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Cancellation 90 days before the starting date of the camp: The deposit will be fully refunded.
• Cancellation less than 90 days before the starting date of the camp: The deposit will not be refunded. Exception: If cancellation is made for a medical reason, guests must provide medical proof of inability. Your deposit can then be used towards a future camp and must be used within 12 months from the cancellation date.
• For cancellations made by Global Kite Trips, the deposit will be fully refunded. We do not cancel any camps for a small number of participants. Only in case of a security conflict, boarder closure or any major situation.
